HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I MAKE MY SPA APPOINTMENTS?
Salon reservations may be made online at www.elanajade.com or by calling Elana Jade directly at 03-6438-9895. We encourage you to schedule your salon services well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times.
WHAT IS THE SPA’S CANCELLATION POLICY?
We respectfully ask that you give the salon a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 24hrs you will be charged 50% of service(s) cost. In the instance of cancellations within 4 hours, or no-show appointments, the full service(s) fee will be charged.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SPA SERVICE(S)?
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of your first scheduled service. This will allow you time to check in at the desk, and complete a Health History Questionnaire.
WHAT IF I’M LATE?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE SALON?
Elana Jade Beauty Salon cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items, so we request that you do not bring any valuables to the salon.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY MASSAGE?
During your massage, you will be professionally draped at all times. Guests should leave their undergarments on or wear a bathing suit during massage services. Please feel free to do what feels most comfortable to you.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE SALON?
There are both a male and female toilet at the beauty salon. Please note there are no showering facilities.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE SALON?
We respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to services with them.
CAN I REQUEST MY THERAPIST?
Yes. You can book treatments with your favorite beauty therapist if they are available at that time. Please know that all of our salon therapists are licensed professionals and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable during your treatment.
SHOULD I SHAVE BEFORE MY TREATMENT?
For the skin analysis and facial treatments it is preferable you are clean-shaven. We recommend allowing several hours between shaving and receiving any service that involves an exfoliation to decrease the risk of skin irritation or discomfort.
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A GUEST?
Please advise salon staff of any special requests, sensitivities or allergies, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medication. We will use this information to keep you comfortable and safe. Please notify us of any discomfort or preferences regarding room temperature, music volume or massage pressure during your salon experience.
IF I’M PREGNANT, WHAT SERVICES CAN I RECEIVE?
Expectant mothers can receive all Elana Jade treatments as long as certain precautions are taken. We recommend that you check with your physician before booking any salon services. We will not perform deep tissue work or use certain essential oils on expectant guests. Elana Jades has specifice
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS?
We recommend that you check with your physician before visiting the salon. Please notify the salon of any special needs or concerns when you book your services. Your therapist will also briefly review your health history with you before beginning your treatment. If she believes that the service you are scheduled for is unsafe based on any information given, she may recommend canceling the service, booking another service or modifying the service to make it safe for you. As we are most concerned about your safety and comfort, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time
WHERE IS THE SALON AND WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
The Elana Jade salon is located on the shopping street of Azabu Juban.
By Train:
The nearest station to the salon is Azabu Juban, which has the Toei Oedo and Nanmboku line. Take the 4th Exit onto the shopping street. The salon is a 3min walk and is located on the right hand side of the shopping street across the road from the Gourmet supermarket.
Parking:
There are several parking lots in the area including one on the very next corner past the salon on the Azabu Juban shopping street.
DO YOU HAVE A COUPLES ROOM?
The salon has a couple’s massage and facial room so you can share the experience with a loved one or friend.
DO I HAVE TO REMOVE MY MAKE-UP BEFORE I GET THERE?
You may arrive for your facial or analysis with your make-up on. The technician will remove it in the treatment room. It is recommended that you do not reapply your make-up for several hours after your service.
HOW LONG DOES MY HAIR HAVE TO BE BEFORE WAXING?
We recommend at least 0.5cm long before waxing. This rule can vary depending on your hair growth and the specific area being waxed.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT POST WAXING?
Depending on the sensitivity of your skin you may experience some redness and soreness post waxing. If you have had problems with waxing in the past please inform your technician prior to the service. Elana Jade uses a special after-wax organic cream to soothe the waxed areas.
WHAT ARE THE SALONS PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept cash and major credit cards. Please note a 5% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.
CAN I BUY A SPA GIFT VOUCHER AT THE ELANA JADE BEAUTY SALON?

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ANOTHER SERVICE?
Yes. The voucher basically becomes credit that can be used on any treatments at the salon (excludes products).
