Before and AfterCare

Before your Facial:

* Stop retinoids and exfoliants: Discontinue the use of any retinol, AHA/BHA products, or other exfoliating treatments for at least 7 days prior to your facial.

* Avoid sun exposure: Refrain from excessive sun exposure for at least 5 days before your treatment. This helps to prevent skin sensitivity.

* Consult about skin conditions: If you have any active skin conditions (like cold sores or severe acne), inform us prior to your appointment.

Aftercare:

* Avoid sun exposure: Your skin will be more sensitive after the peel. Apply sunscreen daily, and avoid direct sun exposure for at least a week.

* Gentle skincare: For the first 48 hours post-treatment, use only mild, hydrating cleansers and moisturizers.

* No exfoliation: Do not use any exfoliating products, including any active ingredients like retinoids, AHAs, or BHA or tools for at least 7 days after your facial.

* Avoid heat: Steer clear of saunas, hot showers, or intense workouts for 48 hours, as heat can cause irritation.

* Moisturize regularly: Keep your skin well-hydrated with a gentle, nourishing moisturizer to support the healing process.

* Follow up: We recommend scheduling a follow-up session or using a customized home care regimen to maintain your results. For long-term benefits, consider a course of treatments.
